TRAVELING ON THE BUS
- No addition to the buses after 5:30 PM today, Thursday, June 27th. THIS IS FINAL!
- Buses departs Olivet Gospel Church at 8:30 AM on Saturday. Please be on time. Late arrivals affect the entire schedule for the day.
- Listen carefully to the information provided on your respective buses.
- The buses will arrive at Parking Lot #1. Our church van will be available as a shuttle for our seniors and anyone unable to walk to Lot # 2. All others may retrieve belongings from bus and walk over to Lot # 2.
NOT TRAVELING ON THE BUS
- Proceed to Parking Lot #2 when you arrive at the park on Saturday.
- The parking fee is $10.00 per vehicle, paid directly to parking attendant upon entry.
- If you need to purchase your Lunch/Meal Ticket, you will have an opportunity to do so upon arrival. You will receive a wristband. Wear it during the picnic. It helps us identify all those who are participating in our family picnic.
- If you paid electronically and did not pickup a ticket at church, locate the Lunch/Meal Ticket table when you arrive at the park, and retrieve your wristband. Wear it during the picnic. It helps us identify all those who are participating in our family picnic.
All that's left is for us to show up on Saturday, enjoy each other's company and have a wonderful time!
