It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas (Ep. 3of 3)

Merry Christmas! It is December 25th, and the fifth Sunday of Advent.
The previous two episodes explored creative ways to remember the events leading up to the birth of Jesus. For this final episode we are going back to basics. That is, read the story for ourselves one more time.

Sunday, December 11, 2022, is the third Sunday of Advent. By now, many Christmas trees are up and ladened with ornaments, lights are hung, twinkling in varied color arrays, front yards showcase diverse imagery of the Nativity. All this and more are visual markers that Christmas is almost here. While all these are festive, they unfortunately mark the whole meaning of Christmas for far too many people. That is why this season continues to be an opportunity to share God's message with everyone.
God's message came through the prophets:
God's message came to life among the first disciples:
Today we carry the message of those before us and with the Holy Spirit as our witness. We should keep the true message of Christmas alive. All should know that the Light had come into the world, and He is still leading people out of darkness in 2022.
Come back next week for Ep 2.
